FRIDAY 20TH

12:00 – Gates Unlocked

1:00 – Register and grab your wrist band

3:00 – Workshop Jam Etiquette with CK

4:00 – Find Friends and Jam/Socialise

6:00 – Communal Dinner – Pizza Night

7:00 – Find more friends and Jam till you drop

SATURDAY 21ST

10:00 – Workshop – Jazz Ukulele with Trish

11:00 – Workshop – Blues with Chuck

12:00 – Lunch Break

1:00 – Workshop – Fingerstyle Blues with Dean

2:00 – Workshop – Basic music theory for guitarists with Ck

4:00 – Open Mic

6:00 – Dinner Break

7:00 – Open Mic

9:00 – Jam till you drop

SUNDAY 22ND

10:00 – Clean up and clear out

12:00 – Gates Locked

NOTES:

Rubbish:

All rubbish is to be bagged and collected and disposed of into the Skip located at the Main Gate.
Should you need extra there are wheelie bins next to the large shed.

Fires:

Fires and any open flame (Candles, lamps etc.) are strictly prohibited. Please be aware there cannot be any device that has the potential as a fire hazard.  No kerosene or gas lights or similar.

Noise:

Noise shutdown by 10pm, no amps or pa. Calm after that but should be ok if only acoustic.

Gates:

2 entry gates, & advised to lock both at night so no other people can enter.

Oval:

Oval not to be used for caravans/tents.

Toilets:

Showground is on a Septic System, please ensure nothing other than the toilet paper provided is flushed. There are Sanitary and Rubbish bins provided in the toilets.

Dogs:


Dogs are NOT allowed on the Showgrounds premises. Showgrounds Insurers are adamant. They also have regular sporting events on the grounds so cannot risk having animal waste.

 

Pavillion:

Large upstairs area with timber floor, good lightening, heaps of chairs. 8 Ladies toilets, 1 disabled toilet, Mens toilets, all downstairs.

Kitchen:

Kitchen with 4 fridges & 2 microwaves & 2 Stoves & BBQ. Filtered water.

Bring own dishwashing liquid, tea towels etc.

Bushrats area other end of oval (rugby rooms):

Has 2 showers & 1 toilet plus change room for each team & 1 shower & toliet for umpire.
